To track your order log in to your account then enter the ‘Track your Order’ link here you will see whether your order is PENDING, PART DISPATCHED OR COMPLETELY DISPATCHED, for any queries fill in the form and submit your query.

The favorites star link is viewable on all product lines, log into your account then select the star to add products  to your favorites catalogue.

To access an E-Procurement account with the Bespoke Catalogue you will need to contact us, this online account will provide you with a 2 tier purchasing level, contract prices, multi sites with their own micro site, these sites can take advantage of the contract prices displayed in their micro sites.   The shopping list functionality can be used to build then save shopping in order to obtain authorization before entering checkout.   Catalogue management allows users to add their own part numbers and references to product lines; buyer management allows users to create micro sites for multiple purchasers or branches.

Some product lines will have a PDF file or a video attached, these attachments will provide further information on a product.  To download you will need acrobat reader installed on your Pc.

All boxes ticked STOCK with green tick  means IN STOCK on product lines. Product lines with read question marks re product availability will give you answers on stock once your mouse hits the red question mark or you can email your query from  each product line.
